Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

​At New Results we are currently In-Network with Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, and Highmark in PA only. Insurance information will be collected during your consultation to verify coverage and determine any out of pocket costs from deductibles or copays. This may take 1-3 business days depending on your insurance provider.

*In order to bill insurance for in-network coverage or to receive reimbursement you will need to meet the criteria for a mental health diagnosis. 

What is your cancelation policy? 

Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is based on availability and may result in a cancellation fee. Frequent cancellations may result in loss of appointment time slot. Lateness greater than 15 minutes will result in a cancellation fee.

What are your hours?

New Results operates between the hours of 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm Saturdays. Individual therapist have their own schedules within these hours. 

Do you offer virtual therapy?

New Results is a fully virtual mental health practice which allows us to make therapy more accessible and convenient for clients. 

What's the first step to starting therapy?

The first step would be to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to explore your goals for therapy and to ask any questions that you may have. 

Do you work with children? 

New Results Counseling provides services to adult patients (18+) and seniors (65+). 

With virtual therapy can you see clients anywhere?

New Results Counseling is based in PA. Some of our therapists maintain licensure in both Pennsylvania and New York. Please note, we are only in-network with insurance in the state of PA, but can gladly assist you with the insurance reimbursement process if you have out-of-network coverage through your plan.
